Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped via Fedex. Your order will usually ship within 4-6 business days after you receive an email Order Confirmation.  If your order is being sent from a vendor other than Distant Replays, shipping time will vary according to each company's specifications. The exact shipping window is detailed on each product's description page. This does not include the selected time for package transit. Distant Replays charges sales tax for orders shipped to California only.

Shipping Rates are calculated per weight by shipping method.

International Shipping Terms

Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact Fedex or the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed to Distant Replays and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Distant Replays has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to domestic/international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order's delivery date. All returns must include a Return Sheet that was enclosed with your order. We accept 3 reasons for returns:

 

1. Wrong Size.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.


Refunds are processed upon receipt & inspection of the return. A refund for shipping costs may not be granted. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.

 

If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 2 weeks of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

 

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

 

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box, if possible, and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your Original Packing Slip and Return Authorization Form. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please include the Return Authorization Form in your shipment. Returns can not be processed without this information.
